Tea, Tea, Tea and an update :)

Hi all !!!

It has been a while again. First I want to give you an update of what is going on in my life at the moment. Since mid September I’m going back to school. I wanted to get my degree in applied architecture 🙂 It’s hard and I feel a little old when I’m with my fellow classmates. But all is going well and is a couple of weeks I have my first evaluation ^^ I hope I will do well, fingers crossed !!! The little time I have left between classes, schoolwork, household chores and my boyfriend, I spend online and trying to think of nice ideas to blog about. I’ve been a little under the weather these last 2 days and I found some time to take pictures for several little blogs. Totally exciting !!! I hope to get them online as soon as possible !!! So much for my little update 😉

I got hooked on drinking tea a long time ago. It’s healthy and it helps with some kinds of illness. I mostly drink it to ease my chronic sinusitis. Any hot beverage would help, but tea makes my nose less swollen and less painfull. So thank you tea !!!

This summer I did a swap with one of my American lady friends and she send me some tea. I used it sparingly because I wanted them to last forever !!! The teas she send me came from Teavana. Well I can say I was in tea heaven when I tasted them.

I can’t show you the fantastic tea in ‘person’, because I’m drinking the very last of it as I’m writing. But I CAN show you how they look from pictures I found on the teavana website.

This is Strawberry Lemonade and Wild Orange Blossom … Nice and sweet and totally drinkable without any added sugar or honey. I do take my tea with some honey. I’m have a little sweet tooth. This tea has little bits of strawberry and lemons in it. It even tasted YUMMY when it cooled down.

This one is Dragonfruit Devotion … For people who don’t know how dragonfruit tastes, well it tastes like a sweet nothing. It’s more the pieces of strawberry that give this tea it’s major flavour. Although because it’s pink dragonfruit, it does have a little hint of it. I would definitely recommend this one to tea drinkers that want a soft tea.

The last tea I got was a blend of 2 different kinds. I didn’t find a picture of the two blended together, so let me show you how they look separately. The first one is Samurai Chai Mate and the second one White Ayuvedic Chai. Together they taste like a perfect winter tea, with cinnamon and some lime. It’s my favorite tea out of the 3 I got.

So now my last cup is steeped to perfection, I’m going to enjoy it sitting in my sofa, covered under a cuddly soft blanket,  watching a cheesy movie 😀 ^^
